Yes, it can change your growth drastically. I’m not inane to tell you to stop smoking, you know the risks and it’s your own life choice. Some people never have any terrible side effects other than coughing, most aren’t so lucky. It isn’t legal, but just don’t do it in front of people you don’t trust.
My personal opinion? Smoking is disgusting, and will absolutely hurt you more than aid. It doesn’t look cool, it makes you smell terrible, and it REALLY limits your choices in a partner and/or friend groups. I would *suggest* you don’t do it, but do what you wish…
